Amazing walk-in shower

The outdoor sign was blank, making it hard to find!!! The pool wasn't open, and we weren't informed prior to arrival. Also, the WiFi signal was confusingly labeled as Motel 6, which made the overall experience feel a bit disorganized!!!

It’s not perfect, but It’s memorable

Despite the hot room and minor cleanliness issues, the staff truly shined with their kindness and helpfulness! The location was excellent, allowing us to explore attractions easily. Our stay was short, but the friendly atmosphere made it memorable. Just be conscious of the room's temperature and check the shower before using it!

The queen room was roomy with a clean bed and a large bathroom equipped with a handheld shower. I appreciated the high-quality TV service and the ample supply of towels during my two-night stay. The staff was quick to assist with any requests, enhancing my experience. Having a variety of places to organize my personal items was a nice touch.

The location was fantastic for our family trip, making it easy to explore all the attractions in Pigeon Forge. The room was nice and clean, and the continental breakfast had plenty of options, especially for the kids who loved the waffles.

The spacious Queen Room was well-equipped with a walk-in shower and an abundance of towels, making my stay very comfortable. Enjoying a variety of breakfast options, including delicious waffles, added to the experience. However, the bathroom privacy was limited, and the noise from nearby rooms occasionally disrupted my peace. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed at times, which affected service response. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but improvements could enhance the experience further.

Staff was incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. However, our room had a slight bug issue and noise from the halls made it hard to relax. For those planning a stay, check for renovations and bring your own breakfast options for better variety.

We loved the close proximity to everything in Pigeon Forge! The kids enjoyed the seasonal outdoor pool while we appreciated the picnic area. Just wish the breakfast offered more variety. 😊

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. I remember my first stay when staff helped me print my boarding pass. I highly recommend it, and I'm coming back for Easter.
